2. Informative Health Assistant 🏥

Receive practical tips based on the current air quality. Manually customize your profile (Child, Elderly, Athlete, Sensitive, or Standard) to get preventive recommendations tailored to your age group and respiratory sensitivities (such as asthma or allergies). At Air Quality Mx your privacy comes first: the assistant works fully on-device and never requests access to your private system data, giving you total control over your information.

3. Critical Alerts (Silent Push) 🔔

Our app protects you without being a nuisance. You'll be notified automatically when:

  • The AQI moves to a worse category (e.g., from “Acceptable” to “Unhealthy”).
  • UV radiation is extreme (≥ 8.0).
  • Temperature is critical (≤ 0°C or ≥ 40°C).

The dynamic Tips Banner in the header prioritizes the most severe threat. If the temperature is more dangerous than the air, the app will warn you first:

  • “Extreme UV level: seek shade and wear sunscreen.”
  • “Unhealthy AQI: avoid intense outdoor activities.”
  • “Freezing weather: protect yourself from sudden temperature changes.”

🛠️ How It Works (Step by Step)

  1. Set Your Priority Sensor: Mark a sensor with the Bell icon to receive notifications for that specific location.
  2. Customize Your Home Screen: Choose between seeing your Favorites, the Sensors list, or the Map when you open the app.
  3. Share with Impact: Generate an elegant PNG image of your favorite sensors to share on social media, or send a detailed text report.
  4. Your Health, Kept Private: The app does not use or request your biometric data (heart rate, steps, etc.) and does not access the system's health apps. Set up your profile manually (athlete, older adult, sensitive…) and the app adjusts its tips on your device — nothing is shared.
